National Bonsai Garden
This exceptional quality display of over 60 trees is just an hours train ride from Tokyo. Covering an area of 750 sq mtrs the display area is located in the Japanese Garden Within the Showa Kinen Park. The garden is split into area's that help visitors to learn about & appreciate Bonsai and see outstanding examples donated from famous collections across Japan.
The Showa Kinen Park is open from 9.30 - 4.00 each day, admission fee 400 Yen which also covers entrance to the Bonsai Garden
NOTE: The park is closed on New Year's Eve and New Year's Day (Dec 31, Jan 1), Opening and closing hours maybe altered due to public events etc., so please confirm with the Park Administration Center.
